At the airport

After passing customs you will see a bank counter where you can change your money into Malaysian Ringgits to overcome the first days.

Our Beautiful Holidays representative will be waiting for you in the arrival hall holding a signboard with your name on. He or she will be your main contact during your stay in Penang. We will take you to the hotel in a private car, which takes between 30 and 45 minutes depending on your choice of hotel and traffic.


Interpreter

If you have requested an interpreter because your command of the English language is not sufficient they will accompany you from the beginning, as they will do whenever necessary throughout your stay with us. This includes whenever you visit the clinic, either for an Intake conversation, on the day of the surgery itself and for all follow up consultations.

In the hotel

We will assist you in checking in, normally your passport is required for this, and the hotel will take a copy of your credit card for any personal expenses such as room service or laundry.
Once the check in is completed we will accompany you to your room to see if everything is in order.

Here you will get the information folder that we have prepared for you. In this folder you will find practical information about Penang, about restaurants we recommend, shopping places, beauty salons and spas.
Included is our customer satisfaction questionnaire, which we would appreciate to get back from you with your comments when you leave us, please read through so you know what we are looking for, in order to further improve our service.
Also included you will find information on smaller procedures like Britesmile, dentistry and Lasik should you decide to have an extra procedure whilst out here.

In the package there will be a document that gives you the date and time for the transfer from the hotel to the clinic for your intake consultation eventually followed by surgery. There are also some instructions for preparation for surgery and what to take to the hospital with you. Would you have any questions this is the best time to ask them

Settle yourself in for your stay. Put your valuables in the safe in your room or next to reception.
Prepare your small overnight bag for the hospital with some toiletries and a small towel.

On the day of your consultation/surgery we will wait in the lobby of the hotel for you at the agreed time.


Stay in contact

You will be given the mobile phone number of our representative who is your contact person throughout your stay. For whatever information, be it on the medical part or on the holiday part, you can call that number. Of course you can also call our office numbers during working hours.
